Refund & Returns Policy

CoreLabs Enterprise utilizes a $15M logistics network to ensure precision delivery. Our return protocols are designed to maintain the technical integrity of high-purity research materials.

Institutional Access Only

CoreLabs strictly serves authorized research institutes and corporate laboratories. Orders placed by individuals for personal use will be automatically terminated. A 2.5% Administrative Processing Fee will be deducted from all such refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the material has not entered the “Dispatched” stage of our logistics chain.

Note: A 2.5% Transactional Fee applies to all user-initiated cancellations to cover gateway and handling costs.

Quality Discrepancies & Damage

CoreLabs guarantees product integrity at the point of transfer. If a shipment arrives in any of the following conditions, it must be reported within 7 business days:

  • Physical Seal Breach
  • Specification Mismatch
  • Expired Technical Standards
  • Logistical Shortages

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Email support@corelabs.com with Order ID and high-resolution photographic evidence.

Validation

Our QC team reviews batch data and logistics logs. All integrity decisions are final.

Resolution

Validated claims result in 1:1 replacement or refund via NEFT/RTGS within 7–10 days.

Restocking & Non-Defective Returns

Returns requested for reasons other than CoreLabs error (e.g., incorrect catalog selection) are subject to supplier approval.

If accepted, a 3% Internet Handling Fee and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Chemicals with compromised seals are strictly non-returnable due to technical integrity and safety protocols.
