Shipping Restrictions
Shipping & Regulatory Restrictions
Global logistics protocols for high-purity research compounds.
📦 Neutral Packaging
All consignments are dispatched in reinforced, unbranded exterior shielding. No mention of "CoreLabs," chemical structures, or "Pharmacy" appears on the outer label to ensure institutional privacy.
🤫 Discrete Documentation
Commercial invoices are processed using neutral business descriptions. Technical CoA and SDS documents are placed inside the vacuum-sealed secondary containment layer.
🛡️ Tamper-Evident Seals
Every internal compound canister utilizes serialized, heat-shrunk tamper-evident technology. This ensures the integrity of the high-purity chain from our lab to yours.
Regulatory Compliance & Vetting
CoreLabs Enterprise strictly adheres to the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines. Procurement of certain restricted molecular profiles requires institutional verification.
| Compound Class | Restriction Level | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Analytical Standards | Open Access | Standard Professional Vetting |
| Hazardous Compounds | Restricted | MSDS Handling Certification |
| Temperature Sensitive | Logistics Sensitive | Cold-Chain Storage Confirmation |
Our investment in global cold-chain and secure fulfillment centers allows CoreLabs to bypass traditional shipping delays while maintaining 100% discrete movement across international borders.
Global Transit Protocols
Risk of Loss: As per our Terms & Conditions, risk passes to the Purchaser upon transfer to the carrier. We recommend utilizing our Enterprise Insurance Tier for high-value research consignments.
Customs & Clearance: CoreLabs handles all export documentation. However, the Purchaser is responsible for local import permits. If a shipment is seized due to the Purchaser's lack of local authorization, CoreLabs cannot offer a refund due to the high-purity nature of the products.
